Come to our Open Studios in Carlops, part of the Biggar Little Festival Art Trail – 24 & 25 October

I had been mulling over doing an Open Studio from my studio for a while when, last year, I heard about the Biggar Little Festival. Alex and I went to check it out, plotting out a route to see as much of the Art Trail as we could and meeting lots of participating artists along the way. We loved it! So we are delighted to be taking part this year, along with Basketweaver Katie Warner who will be showing in my studio with me, also in the village artist Catriona Mcgrath, and painter, illustrator and textile artist Rowan Leckie & ceramicist Luci Pottery.

This wonderful event with 28 venues extends from Carlops in the North East, through West Linton, Dolphington and Biggar to Roberton, just south of Lambington, as far West as Netherton (near Harelaw). I’d recommend planning a route with those whom you wish to visit! Explore the BLF map to plan your route, and take a look at the participating artists.

Please come along to enjoy our work, if you are coming from Edinburgh, make us the first stop on the trail.
