Fabric by Marianne Hazlewood
I have selected a 10 oz Natural Denim (300gsm), a Bull Denim (400gsm) for heavier projects, a Cotton Twill (213gsm) and the Soft Velvet (280gsm). These fabrics are sustainably & ethically made in London, UK, the production company uses very little water in their manufacturing process, and work with the water board to ensure ink waste is disposed of properly so nothing leaks into the environment.
Any of the designs below can be printed on any of the fabrics listed below and many more, if you have an idea please get in touch and we can discuss…
Prices start at £65* (plus postage) for 1m of fabric.

A6 samples are available @ £0.50 per sample + postage
I can adjust the scale within the parameters of my original artwork, there is a limit to the scaling upwards as these are not vector based designs, but they are very high quality, so there is some room to play. Colours viewed on screen cannot be accurate to final printed fabrics or papers, the best way to assess if a colour suits you or not is through samples.
The Dryopteris Collection
A combo of Dryopteris affinis and Dryopteris sieboldii – available as a full repeat or a half drop, the full pattern is approximately 70cm x 63.4cm but can be scaled up or down.
Creme Fern – full colour This has been printed at half the size of the darker versions above.

Simple Fern Dark – Dryopteris sieboldii fronds, this design is available as a full repeat or a half drop, the full pattern is approximately 29.4cm x 11.6cm but can be scaled up or down.

300gsm Denim
Max Print Width:1.47m Weight:300gsm 100% cotton
Heavy, hard-wearing drill weave, denim fabric perfect for cushions, upholstery and light jackets.
Wash at 30°C, 3% shrinkage. Denim prints are strong and colour-fast; however, as with all hard-wearing types of denim, the colour may fade over time with heavy use, giving a distinct retro look.
Cotton Twill
Max Print Width:1.45m Weight:213gsm 100% cotton classic Twill. 3/1
Soft, matte, opaque Twill weave. Medium weight, great for outer garments and light upholstery.
Wash at 30°C, strong wash fastness, do not wring out.
Soft Velvet
Max Print Width:1.44m Weight:280gsm 100% woven polyester very soft, short pile
Elegant, stylish and utterly sumptuous short piled opaque Soft Velvet.
Versatile and easy to work with, works well for winter garments such as jackets, light coats, or trousers, a client has recently made a lovely dress from this as well, so it is very verstaile. Soft Velvet is also great for theatre costumes, due to its stability and classic look. For homeware, you can custom print on velvet and use it for cushions, and furniture
Wash at 30°C, tumble dry on a low heat, iron on a low heat, do not wring out.
